Join Rebeca in the Education Building for 60 minutes of accessible all-levels yoga for your nervous system, helping you to increase your body awareness, mindfulness and create active relaxation. No experience with yoga is necessary. These yoga classes in slow conscious movement can be essential for our health and well-being by helping to reduce anxiety. Enjoy the beautiful view, while practicing mindful movement and breathing, helping you to build and strengthen your abilities to calm and relax your body, heart, and mind.
